It's 2.34 am and with only 10 laps remaining in the Interlagos Brazilian GP, the 2008 season finally comes to an end very soon.
Lewis Hamilton is in 4th currently and needs to keep this position if Massa wins this race, in order to be World Champion.7 laps remaining and Kimi is riding close to Alonso...Omg, it IS starting to RAIN! Everyone's struggling and coming into the pits for a change to wet tyres! Can't get any more amazing than this in the final stages. 4 laps left..Stop the rain! Or else Hamilton's gonna win...3 laps...It's all up to Vettel to overtake Hamilton and steal the championship title away from him! My god, the pressure in the pit garage is tremendous! not a nail unbitten...OH GOODNESSS, Vettel has passed HAMILTON!!!!! at the moment, 6th will NOT do it for him!
YESSSSS...2 laps to go! 1 more lap!!!! Come on, MASSA...oh noo...Timo Glock has let Hamilton pass him at the last corner! lassst corner....whatever happened! Lewis gets 5th and wins the Championship title over Massa by just 1 point!
I really really cannot believe what has happened...The entire grandstand was cheering until like seconds later when Hamilton passed the finish line. What an anti-climax for the Ferrari garage!Poor Massa in tears.. :0( Oh, you can be proud, Massa...you can be..
This has got to be the most historic 30 seconds ever in F1 history!
Kudos to the Ferrari team for winning the Constructor's title.
Lewis..youngest ever to be world champion (at age 23) , well, he got the job done alright! Even his 30-year old gf, Nicole Scherzinger (!) was there all the way through the race with him...I had no idea they were dating!
KiMi...there's always next yr dude! Hope he does much better than his 9/18 podium finishes (only 2 wins in Malaysia and Spain) I'm always rooting for you yah! I=0)
And yet another F1 season comes to an end and I'm glad I was there throughout the 8 mths of heart-stopping racing! Can't wait for 29th Mar 2009!
