I Conquered Mt Kinabalu!

imagine standing above the clouds!..and here we are at the famous signboard once u reached the top! couldn't stay long up here....below 5 degrees Celsius!

3/5/07 - we began our mission to scale Mt Kinabalu! proud to say i did it! my advice..go up using Mersilau trail (slightly longer but the view of nature is more beautiful) and down using Timpohon. despite the rain on our way up and down the mt. and the fact dat my knees felt like jello the entire time, it was soooo worth the ache and cold and pain...to finally reached the top just in time to see the most beautiful sun rise ever! the view was breath-taking and so was the cold freezing winds up there...i've selected these photos just in case u were wundering how it looks like at the Peak (ironically they call it Low's Peak ..dunno why..) i hope this inspires u to be a climber too!
