8-10 Nov, 2007 : ) Cool Cameron Trip

my first trip to Cameron...and i loveee dat place..such a coool hideaway to relax and my, oh my the steamboat is simply fabulous! u can't find a steambot that offers 5 types of vege here in kl..if u've got the chance, do try going up Gunung Berinchang..it's reli beautiful, "lotr" magical forest look-alike..the entire climb was walking precariously on moss-like ground..which we got to know were actuali the roots of trees..it truly wasnt easy, reli tested our balancing skills on huge chunks of tree roots..too bad didnt had time to make it all the way to da top..Tan's shuz practically fell apart, the soles fell right out & were held together by only the shoe laces!

Despite not making it all the way, heyy could hv easily tricked u by taking a group photo by the Gunung Berinchang signboard eh? and yup, Tan juz wudnt leave dat signboard alone after dat..!

I also tried my hands at strawberi-plucking...where i learnt dat BIG doesn't mean better (sweeter) yah!

THen we went to Rose Valley (rather boring place la..) to c rose after rose after rose...(here's a nice pic of Agnes and Ah-Woo lookin like some frightened puppy! keke..cute couple)...and a pic of me and Siewfong on a swing...hmm, didnt realise the 'extras' in the bckgrd..haha!

Fri and Sats were pasar mlm nites in Cameron...and look at the food we bought..cameron apples (tasteless wan!) and tempura, strawberries...(dried ones are nicee too)...

sayang we did not hv enuf time to visit the teaplantation/ 'sai yong choi' farm (ah-Woo's fave vege we learnt!)...luckily though on the way back, we managed to drop by Ipoh by the best white coffee and roti bakar (aww mann..hungry la thinking of the half boil eggs on 2 slices of roti bakar wif a chunk of butter smack in the middle)...oh and heong peah of course! check out the boot of our car after just 3 days....can u imagine if our hol was a week?!...so, who's goin next...dun forget to call me...!
