I recently had the opportunity to dine in this renowned Chinese restaurant, Pik Wah located at Stadium Chinwoo.
This time around, we were treated to a grand 8-course fish set dinner featuring the Emperor’s Sturgeon, a rare fish where its female species are being harvested for its caviar.
This special fish package must be pre-ordered with a minimum of 10 pax. Yup, its a huge fish all right.
Here are the unique dishes concocted by the restaurant using almost every single part/ organ of that 1 gigantic fish.

The wasabi was exceptionally pungent!
This dish comes with a boiling pot of milky soup with Chinese wine and leafy green vegetables for those who prefer to cook their fish slice. And you know what, the cooked version (just about 10 seconds of dipping the thin slices into the broth) tasted damn good too!

All in all, RM 1,688 which is the price of this fish set (at least for now) may be quite a hefty price to pay, but its dining experience is truly something memorable and worth trying. Especially since the chef has been perfecting these dishes for years, it’s proven a unique breakaway from your usual Chinese course dinners. Oh and by the way, it didnt leave me feeling thirsty after dinner.
