2nd trip down memory lane...Carol's Farewell & Mary's bday celeb

14/9/07 - Our dear Carol Marsh's last day in AXA, and we decided to celeb at Rendezvous Restaurant. was also Mary (malai-kou)'s bday and we bought a low fat hi-fibre cheesekek fr secret recipe (healthiest bday kek i've ever had!).. so nice of Chua & Siu Hua to attend as well..we miss u, cko! get well soon ><

if u've never been here, u juz gotta try their lamb chop (mixed grill in pic)..it's good fud for a reasonable price alright! oh, and their tomyam sup (mushroom-ful!) is to DIE for! great place to chill wif frens..hv a couple of (buckets) of heineken and listen/ request songs fr their live band!hmm, recommended it to many of my frens and they've been regular customers since then! haha, gud one sLy...*pat pat on back*...

include AXA's 3 'sek~san' (God of Eating) - Derek, Tan and Mark in any makan outing..and u cn be sure there's no wastage on the din~din table! chomp chomp...! moon, r u in da making to be the 4th 'Sek~san'? hehe

u must be wundering why we're standing awkward..haha...it was 24 yrs ago when 5 of us cousins lined up the same do-re-mi way at this very same location in Lim Tian Pun restaurant....u know la, at dat time, our parents make us stand straight wif hands by the side when takin photos...so wat the heck, we decided to revisit this pose juz for old times sake! of coz now wif a couple of additional spouses in it! hey, the more the merrier...haha....i juz hope we cud all cum back to this same spot 20 yrs later...haha....hope they dun demolish the restaurant coz the very same pillar is still standing strong today!

Kor~kor's BIG day finally arrived!...took 8 long years but the big day finally came...whoopee...my dearest big brother holding the ceremonial chinese wedding din~din wif Irene, my Singaporean sis-in-law at Lim Tian Pun restaurant Melaka. just a small gathering of relatives and close frens of parents. i'm so lucky to have such a loving S-I-L ..check out the photos...aint she the sweetest young thing in a Chinese traditional wedding costume..WelCome to da family, sista! ^__^
