dad turns 72!

Once again, we have a very good excuse to indulge in a guilty-laden, calorie-packed feast - it was dad's birthday. hehe...(rub hands with glee) 

We were back at Aunty Fatso's for some of her signature sumptuous dishes.

But none can beat the best of the best dat day ..... the CRAB!
The only one thing i could comment of their flavoursome sauce-rich Chilli Crab was that i wished it was much more spicier!

Now I don't usually fancy my crab cooked plain, but to my delight, their BBQ-ed Crab was DA BOMB!
So meaty, so tender, so fresh and sooooo sweeet!! Especially love those claws!

As if a hearty meal like this wasn't enough...

...we continued our eating frenzy the following night at the popular Bei Zhan Restaurant.

Here's our star dishes of the night ...... beginning with their ever so popular Roasted Piglet.

The Spinach Clam soup was heavenly....a must try indeed!

Ended up ordering so much food, we took quite a while to clear them. No help from darren sleeping in his stroller.
