polly n kam happy ever after

"Golly, Polly got married and made lots of lolly in a wedding so jolly!" ^^

Longest running sweet couple Polly and Kam recently tied the knot! 

And i had the honour of being one of the 'ji mui's ^^

 On the morning of 'fetching the bride' (direct translation, lol), the pretty bride gets up in the crack of dawn to get all dolled up for the big day. 

Omg, the chic master bedroom looks like it belongs in a show house. 

We will never live to see the day a GROOM sits in front of the mirror for hours, getting themselves 'painted'.

LURVVVVVVEE the hairdo, man!! Intricate yet so elegant. 

Blazing red hot shoes....very 'ang' ah!

 As usual, the groom brought his troop of 'brothers', ranging from all sizes...literally..haha. Some of the games we played on them... 

...and of course, how could we leave out the Gangnam-style dance, right?

Finally, after the groom was 'squeezed' dry of every single ang-pow, his reward was PRICELESS!

Polly's frozen smile is not an easy feat, trust me.

Everyone wants to take a picture with the bride! =D

We each got to wear (and keep! yey) this striking dress - great color in contrast with the white bridal gown.

In fact, it looks very nice with pink roses to match! ^^

Then, it was off to the groom's place.

...for a lovely home-cooked lunch!

 The center dish came from this humongous, very costly roast pig....i heard it could easily cost RM 1K!

And then there was the official full-scale wedding dinner, held at Viva Home mall.

Omg, Polly successfully pulls off the authentic nyonya look!...better if worn with nyonya beaded-clogs. hehe.

Then it came. Two thumbs up for the generous serving of good quality food! Well done in the food department!

 This bunch of guys is the ultimate powerhouse when it comes to screaming their lungs out.
