This ain't an advert, just something i would like to share on a baby's teething woes. As helpless as i feel, watching darren whimper in pain whenever his tiny white pearls feel like protruding out his pinky gums, i do have a certain brand of sippy cup to thank for.
One of Nuby's star products is their non-drip cup with silicone spout. Ok, this may or may not be the only brand with this design of a cup.
I actually bought this cup by chance coz there wasn't any other free-flow sippy cup suitable for a 6-month old baby, in the shops that i went to.You know how a baby tends to refuse his milk bottle when the teething agony strikes? Instead of the sucking motion which irritates his gums even further, darren ends up biting on the bottle teat.
Wowee, I made a new discovery with a Nuby!
Bite on the spout and the milk flows out through the tiny anti-colic valves. So it's like BITE, FLOW...BITE, FLOWWW...
It's got little teething nubs to massage a baby's gums.
Best thing is look, no spills and no leak!
So darren's hanky stays clean and dry. =D
The cup's spout IS rather huge for darren's tiny mouth, but as long as it works, baby!
And i hope it continues to work for a long long time.
