A very personal posting ahead...
So, the story goes that i nearly choked on my bun this morning as i came across an article in The Star on couples that tied the knot on d special date that is 29 Feb.
Holy Camoly! One of those couples being photographed were my X and his bride!
*jaw dropped* .. followed by *bun in mouth dropped*
Not that i did not expect my X (labelled 'sc*mbag' back then) to get married one day, but i had always thought i'd hear about it by word of mouth. Certainly not see it in the papers! lol.
I can't particularly say i feel angry or hurt (anymore) especially since he DID eventually end up with the one i'd like to call the 'third party' (labelled 'b*tch' back then). Yea it was real bitter the way our relationship ended, but oh well, that was more than 4 years ago. The bitter fruit was long swallowed, digested and flushed down the bowl to the deepest core of the earth.
In fact, two words from me....No regrets.
As fate has it, i have matured (in many ways) from my past 7-year relationship with this X of mine. In fact, i have him to thank, for this blog would never have existed if we were still together.
In short, our breakup was a total blessing in disguise. Gratefully, i'm happily settled down now with my hubby and child whom i can't be more fond of.
And now, for the fun part ....
My X today...
Can't say much for the bride but the groom certainly has gotten beefier. Probably that's the reason why his eyes are hardly visible (?) -.- (ouch)
And the write-up on them ...
And to say that 'their wedding anniversary would come only once in four years' ? gawd, what a frivolous statement. Does this mean the girl can only expect an anniversary gift once every four years? kesiann...
O-oh, am i a nasty girl to say all these things? lol.
ok, i'll be nice now and wish them
G-O-O-D L-U-C-K
and for pete's sake, Mr X, i wish you'd be a worthy son and treat your old folks much better. -.-
ouch...
